I am a stress management coach and psychotherapist, and in my work I have been struck by how many apparently diverse symptoms seem closely linked to stress and internal pressure.
From eating disorders, insomnia, depression, migraines to skin disorders and many other manifestations of stress, I see how disempowered sufferers feel by a lack of structured emotional training.
I take a positive view of stress, because it is often the catalyst for change. People consult me when their patterns of being are no longer fitted for handling their ever more complicated daily lives.
A crisis can be a trigger to discover new things and seek new solutions.
I formerly worked as a solicitor in London, and now practice as a coach, psychotherapist and Alexander Technique teacher in Notting Hill.
